Email your info or call (844.697.7277) and we’ll check to see if your phone is eligible. Why do we need this information? We use your device phone number and IMEI to check its compatibility. Your zip code helps us look up coverage in your area to make sure we can provide you with service that meets your needs.

Quick Tip: How to Easily Capture and Convey Your Device IMEI

  • On your phone, go to Settings > General > About
  • Locate the IMEI (you may need to scroll down)
  • Take a screen shot
  • Email sparrow the screen shot along with your phone number and zip code

STEP 2: Purchase and install a sparrow SIM

Buy a sparrow SIM online or place an order with a sparrow mobile concierge. Your SIM will ship along with a welcome kit and instructions on how to install.
