BYOD and activate your phone with Sparrow
All you need is a Sparrow SIM + compatible phone
- Dial “*#06#” (supported by most phones)
- In your device Settings, under General > About
- On the box your phone came in or on the back of the phone itself
Step #2: Choose a plan that’s right for you.

All plans include one line and unlimited voice and text.
Overage of $0.03 per MB applied to fixed data plans. Unlimited data slows to 64KB after 20GB.
Got a flock? Add family and friends for $20 per line.
Terms: No contract. Your credit card will be billed once a month and you can cancel anytime. Included: Voicemail; 3-way calling; caller ID; global messaging and tethering. Setup & Shipping: One-time $6.25 per device activation fee; Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Activation $12.50; Device shipping $15.
Additional charges & information: Taxes and regulatory fees are additional. Just Plan subscribers pay a monthly line fee of $10 per device per month. Standard airtime and toll rates apply for: Call Forwarding; Operator Services; Directory Assistance; 911 and E911; and Customer Care. Domestic and international roaming not available. International calling charges from the U.S. vary by terminating country. Directory Assistance is free; Number Porting $5.50; Call Tracing $20.
Data Overage: *For package plans, once you reach the data limit of your plan, you will be charged $0.03/MB for additional data used.

Yes! We can easily transfer (port) your existing phone number over from your current provider. You can request this either during your signup, or by contacting Sparrow customer care. In both cases, you will need the following info on record with your current provider:
- Name of current provider
- Name of the Account Holder
- Phone Number Being Ported
- Account Number
- Last 4 Digits of the SSN – Often located on the inside of your mobile device under the battery.
- Password (PIN) associated with the account (Not a web portal password or voicemail password)
- Billing Address
A charge of $6.25 will be added to your account for number porting.
